Abstract
In this article entitled technology for obtaining a dry extract of a aviculare, the process of obtaining a dry extract from the aerial parts of these рoligonum plants is presented. In addition, the factors influencing the process of obtaining a dry extract are given, such as the wettability of the raw material, the degree of grinding of the raw material, the hydromodule of the process, the determination of the drying temperature, as well as the studies carried out and the results obtained to determine the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the dry extract.
